I went to visit my grandpa last week and convincing him to recount his life story to me was made much, much easier by arriving with these brownies in hand. If you have a sweet tooth like he does, and love peanut butter and chocolate together – make these. Make them now!!
Peanut Butter Brownies
1/3 c butter, softened
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1t vanilla
3/4 c flour
1t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup chocolate cups
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and peanut butter. Add sugars and mix. Stir in 2 eggs and vanilla, and mix again. Add flour, baking powder and ¼ t salt and blend. Then add chocolate chips (I usually use mini chocolate chips if I have ‘em!)

Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until edges begin to turn brown. Let them cool before you cut them – but not all the way. They’re great warm (and they are also great with vanilla ice cream)!

I may or may not have had these for breakfast the next day. Yum.

I don’t even like peanut butter but these sound good!
yessss you should try them!!
