I made breakfast for dinner tonight.  For some reason Tyler really doesn’t like the idea of indulging in bacon, eggs, or french toast unless it’s early in the day, and preferably a weekend.  So tonight while he was out at a gig and me all on my own, getting over a walloping winter cold, sipping tea in bed and reading, I thought padding down to the kitchen and fixing a quick breakfast from the leftover scraps in my fridge would be a perfect dinner.

Scramble eggs and plop on toast spread with goat cheese. With a side of bacon. If only I had some fresh fruit to go with it! It was still pretty darn good.

Anyone else a fan of having breakfast at weird hours?
